    Sounds like a stupid question but for example

    Pierogi is from Poland

    Moqueca is from Brazil

    Ceviche is from south america in general And so on

    Anyone knows the rest of the dishes?

    Brand new player, Winona viability/strategy?

    I've played a few games with Winona and made it as far as day 30 where a massive cyclops monster attacked and ravaged everything.

    I really like Winona and tried to use her expensive catapults against hordes of hounds by saving hp food and eating it whilst tanking the hounds as the catapults attacked.

    I am trying to play the game relatively organically without reading into what happens on a wiki or reddit. However after having played her a few times, my friends dont believe she is worth picking. I can play who I want of course, but how can I get this cool character to pull her own weight? I often go killing spiders for web to make tape. Her generator is cheap, catapults are not although the caves seem to provide a lot of stone.

    I've not had a chance to use the spotlights. What will they be useful for? Light isn't an issue was I usually have torches i never die to the dark.

    The other character I'm considering is Wendy, but only if Winona cannot really work. Thank you

    Need help hopping from RoG to Hamlet

    Yeah so I can beat RoG and Hamlet no problems when starting a world in either but when you world hop past 60 days from RoG to HAM the Aporkalypse happens and it cost me multiple 100+ day games..

    I tried to even pre craft the Skyworthy and then world hop on day 1 believe it or not, it was still the Aporkalypse and I died..

    I no you can start in HAM then make your way to RoG but I enjoy starting in RoG to SW then HAM and don't want a timer.. so.. is there any tips? I could precraft a day 1 world in Hamlet but it doesn't feel the same, I feel like I'm cheating.. any proper tips like I can't grab a Gasmask to rush the ruins and stop it because of all the shit, then you have ghosts spawning and standing on pressure plates litreally making it impossible to get to the pig village or gas ruins.. really dumb.. but I wanna clear it..

    How do you deal with giants such as Deerclops?

    I've seen posts explaining how to tank giants, and honestly I know better than to try.

    Once I hurriedly summoned the tree guard, and it solo'd the deerclops.

    Any of you have any tips on dealing with those big old buggers?

    what's that one mod called that makes survival harder? i remember it had features like blizzard and these snow worms.

    title. i have a name of this mod in a tip of my tongue. generally this mod adds all the disliked features from DLCS to normal don't starve reign of giants.
