However, after researching the Chars i looked up Winona and her lovely Catapult so i said, let's give her a try!But what about my partner? Looking for more people to play DST with Posted: 20 Nov 2019 02:27 PM PST I already posted this on r/dontstarvetogether, but because this sub is more active I'd like to post here as well. Anyways, I am currently trying to put a small group of people together for Don't Starve (like 3-4 people). I have a lot of experience in Don't Starve, I play on PC and I'm in EU. I mostly play on weekends and I am a Wortox main. I would also prefer to have a bit more experienced people, because I already tried to get like 6 friends of mine to play the game and I'm getting bored of answering the same questions, but if you atleast know how the basics work I'm willing to teach things like kiting. Should DST have ways to farm boss loot more consistently than seasonal spawns? Posted: 19 Nov 2019 07:05 AM PST One way of helping boss drops be more easily shared in public servers would be if the marble boss sketches could spawn the boss on Full/New Moons, like how the Clockwork statues make enemies. ​ DST already has boss statues, and already has enemies coming from statues based on moon cycles. It seems like a natural way to make boss drops more common in servers that rarely live past the first year. ​ If it only works every Full Moon, it would be ~20 days between each summon, which is already similar to Dragonfly and Bee Queen's farming schedule. If it worked on both types of moons, it could be too often. You could nerf if with the condition that you must kill them before morning, or they disappear and drop the sketch. ​ Edit: I didn't realize boss statues also require the boss drop to make. If this system were to work, it would need to either remove that requirement or drop double the loot, I suppose. submitted by /u/MakeshiftFirepit [link] [comments]
