| Temperature Limit - Player by Fire Pit (RoG) Posted: 08 Oct 2020 11:12 PM PDT Does anyone know how exactly the game calculates the upper limit for your player temperature while standing as close as possible next to a fire pit? Not using thermal stones, naturally. As best I can tell, it seems to be an average of the world temperature and whatever heat is being given by the fire pit. Based on numbers I've jotted down over several days of both fall and winter, it seems to be about 87 degrees for the max-fueled fire pit, but on the "Freezing" page of the wiki a lvl4 fire is listed as 115 degrees, and on the campfire page it lists 220 degrees. Not sure where those numbers are coming from, nor how they factor into my question about how high you can get your player temperature while standing next to a fire pit in winter... Just wondering if anyone knows. For reference I'm getting my player temperature and the world temperature from the Combined Status mod, set to using game units. Thanks! [link] [comments] | ||

So far I've heard that Wurt is kinda meh, and Wortox/WW are the way to go, but I haven't gotten much elaboration on why. The only custom toggle that I create is to get rid of frog rain (because it's annoying) and wildfires for the same reason. Other than that everything else is normal. However I noticed that spring has just ended and the blue-ish winter tone popped in, and my thermo measurer shows it being very cold, completely skipping summer. Has anyone else experienced this? So what I mean is if I make A profile can I make B profile on A profile and travel between them? I know you can by collecting the Things but I want to be able to travel between the 2. Reason being is that a lot of my resources are drained on my Webber profile.(Theulecite, rocks, ect) Can anybody help with this?
